On 13 December 2018, Ligentia purchased the business and assets of Air & Cargo Services Ltd. It means that we will be supporting the freight forwarding needs of Air & Cargo Services customers going forward and looking minimise disruption to their businesses arising from recent developments.

As Air & Cargo Services has entered into administration, any invoices that are already
in progress relating to the work completed for Air & Cargo Services customers up until

13th December

are now a matter for the Administrators, Grant Thornton.

We appreciate this may lead to some operational headaches,
but we want to assure you that we are on hand to make the transition
period as pain-free as possible.
